Special Shipping Considerations

Large Items & Roller Bags

⚠️ Important Notice: PO Boxes are not covered for large roller bags in free ground shipping. Free ground shipping for large oversized items only ships via UPS or FedEx.
  • Some oversized items may have additional shipping charges to certain locations
  • Roller bags to GU, AK, HI, PR, APO, and FPO addresses may incur additional charges
  • Bowling balls ship individually for safety and to prevent damage
  • Multiple balls in one order may arrive in separate packages

Military & APO/FPO Addresses

  • We proudly ship to military personnel via United States Post Office
  • Delivery timeframe: 2-10 business days
  • Additional charges may apply for oversized roller bags
  • Standard free shipping applies to most items

Order Shield (Optional Shipping Protection)

🛡️ Order Shield is our optional, opt-in package protection at checkout (never auto-added).

Pricing (cart subtotal):
• $0 – $99.99 → $0.98
• $100 – $199.99 → $3.98
• $200 – $299.99 → $7.98
• $300+ → $12.98

Covers loss, theft, and many transit-damage situations when purchased. Not available for billing addresses in CA, NY, OK, or UT.

📍 Custom Drilling: If you've requested custom drilling services, your order will require additional processing time. We'll notify you when your item is ready to ship.
