Purchase points stay in pending status for 14 days (to allow for returns/exchanges), then become available. Guest checkouts do not earn points.

Skip the coupon if you prefer. At checkout (while signed in), use the Pay with Points box in your order summary:

  • Every 20 points = $1 off your order total
  • Apply any amount up to your available balance
  • Total updates instantly when you apply

Reward coupons still work the same way if you prefer to redeem first.

📋 Key Rules

  • One account per person
  • Must be signed in at purchase to earn
  • No points on guest orders, gift cards, tax, or shipping
  • No points for purchases before enrollment (or before program launch May 16, 2022)
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Fair-use monitoring applies (fraud, returns abuse, bots, multi-accounting)
