Striking Rewards points never expire. When you redeem points for a coupon, that coupon is valid for 365 days from the day you redeem it.

♾️ Points Never Expire
Your Striking Rewards point balance does not expire due to inactivity or time. Points remain on your account until you redeem them or use Pay with Points.
🎫 Reward Coupon Validity
- After you redeem points for a $5–$50 reward coupon, the coupon is valid for 365 days from the redemption date
- Use the coupon at checkout before it expires
- Only one Striking Reward coupon per order
⏳ Pending vs Available
- Signup bonus (100 points): available immediately
- Purchase points: pending for 14 days, then available
- Only available points can be redeemed or applied with Pay with Points
↩️ Returns & Adjustments
If you return items, points associated with those purchases are adjusted (pending points reduced, or available points reversed when applicable) so your balance matches final paid merchandise.
🚫 Transfers
Points and reward coupons cannot be transferred to another person or account.
