Can I ship to a US military base overseas?

Unfortunately, no. Even though APO/FPO addresses are considered US addresses for many purposes, licensed products cannot be shipped to military bases located outside the physical borders of the United States and its territories.

Can I buy the product and have a friend ship it to me internationally?

No. The end user must be located within the United States or Canada. Using third parties or freight forwarders to circumvent these restrictions violates the licensing agreement and may result in account termination.

Are there any exceptions for special circumstances?
