🚨 Same-day shipping: Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your 9-digit order number, the correct address, and “ADDRESS CHANGE” or “HOLD ORDER” in the subject line.

📍 Shipping Address Changes
We can often update:
- Street number / street name typos
- Apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- City, state, or ZIP corrections
- Full ship-to changes (when the order hasn’t entered carrier transit)
How to request:
- Call 1-256-579-1039 or use contact form
- Provide order number + complete corrected address
- Wait for confirmation before assuming the change stuck
We cannot guarantee changes once the label is created or the carrier has the package.
⏸️ Requesting a Hold / Do-Not-Ship
Ask us to hold an order if you need time to:
- Confirm an address
- Change items or sizes
- Cancel before fulfillment
Say clearly: “Please hold / do not ship order #________.” We’ll attempt a warehouse hold if the order hasn’t shipped. Holds are time-sensitive and not always possible once picking has started.

🚚 If the Order Already Shipped
- We can’t edit the address inside our system once it’s with the carrier
- Use the tracking link to see carrier options (intercept / redirect) — success varies by UPS/FedEx/USPS and service level

💳 Billing vs Shipping Address
- Shipping address controls where the package goes
- Billing address must match the payment method for authorization
